Terms Of Service
By completing your purchase of the Cash Flow Breakthrough workshop, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Participant") and Zonda Strategic Consulting LLC doing business as Ascend Growth Ventures and ScalingCFO.io ("Scaling CFO," "Company," "we," or "us"). They govern your purchase of and participation in the Cash Flow Breakthrough workshop and everything included with your seat (together, the "Workshop").
Your seat includes:
The live 90-minute Cash Flow Breakthrough workshop, held on Zoom on the scheduled date.
A blind-spot scorecard scored and ranked in the Scaling CFO online tool.
The workshop frameworks and materials presented during the session.
One 60-minute 1:1 Financial Scaling Session with Cruz Gamboa.
The Workshop is financial education delivered to a group and, in the 1:1, to you individually. It is not a fractional CFO engagement, an ongoing program, or the Cash Flow Accelerator, each of which is sold separately under its own terms.
The price is $297 USD, charged in full at checkout as a one-time payment. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
All sales are final. Except as expressly provided in Section 5 (Satisfaction Guarantee), all payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including if you do not attend, do not complete the included 1:1, or change your mind after purchase.
We stand behind the Workshop. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must complete all of the following:
Attend the live workshop.
Bring your numbers and do the work during the session.
Attend your included 1:1 Financial Scaling Session with Cruz.
If you complete all three steps and still do not leave with at least one specific way to find profit in your business, you may request a full refund of $297 by emailing [email protected] within 7 days after your 1:1 session. The guarantee is void if any of the three steps is not completed. This guarantee is the sole circumstance in which a refund is available.
After you register, we will email your Zoom link and workshop details. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address, check your spam or promotions folder, and join on time. The Workshop is delivered live and is not recorded; no replay or recording is provided. If you cannot attend the date you registered for, you may attend a future scheduled workshop at no additional charge, subject to availability. Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund except under Section 5.
Details for scheduling your included 1:1 with Cruz are provided at or after the workshop. The session must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of your workshop date. Sessions are 60 minutes, limited to one per seat, and are non-transferable. If you miss a confirmed session without at least 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited and is treated, for guarantee purposes, as not completed.
Your seat includes access to the Scaling CFO online tool for the purpose of completing your blind-spot scorecard in connection with the Workshop. Access is provided for your individual use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and continued access beyond the Workshop is at our discretion. You may not share your access or use the tool to provide services to third parties.
You may not record, screen-capture, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Workshop, the 1:1, the tool, or the materials. You agree to participate respectfully. We may remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms, without a refund.
All Workshop content, including the six-numbers framework, the 1% Framework, the blind-spot system, the Scaling CFO online tool, slides, worksheets, and recordings of the host, is owned by Scaling CFO and/or Cruz Gamboa and is protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business only. You may not reproduce, resell, license, or use them to create or deliver competing offerings.
The Workshop and the 1:1 provide financial education and general information only. They do not constitute personalized financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and no fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship is created. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own qualified professionals before acting on anything presented.
Any figures or examples, including any reference to roughly 30% more profit or similar outcomes, illustrate the method being taught and are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your outcomes depend on your own business, margins, and execution. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular financial result.
The Workshop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Workshop is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any business, revenue, or profit loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scaling CFO, Cruz Gamboa, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Workshop or materials, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may reschedule the Workshop if needed. If we cancel the Workshop entirely and do not offer you a future date, we will refund your payment as your sole remedy. A change of date is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
By registering, you agree to receive emails about the Workshop, including your Zoom link, reminders, and details for your 1:1. You may also receive marketing emails from us, and you can opt out of those at any time using the link in any email.
We collect the information you provide at registration, such as your name and email, along with payment information processed by our payment provider. We use it to deliver the Workshop, schedule your 1:1, process your payment, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the service providers we use to run the Workshop, such as our payment processor, email platform, and video platform. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Because all sales are final and a defined guarantee is available under Section 5, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any concern before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback that bypasses the guarantee process is a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Framingham MA. Disputes will be resolved individually; you and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Workshop and supersede prior communications about it. If you separately enroll in the Cash Flow Accelerator or another Scaling CFO program, that program's own agreement governs that program. We may update these Terms, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Questions about these Terms: [email protected].
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Why It Happens
It comes down to where the money goes.
What your business earns moves through the account and right back out before it becomes something you keep.
Revenue climbs, the bank balance climbs, and you, the owner, are no wealthier for it.
Cruz calls that gap the Cash Void.
The reason you can't see it is that you've been reading the whole business through one number, the balance in your account, and that number only tells you part of the story.
Let me be straight with you.
Here's what the gap costs you while it sits open:

Your decisions get more reactive.
The bigger the business gets, the heavier it feels, because every call is made on a bank balance instead of the numbers that actually predict what's coming.

Your best growth stays out of reach.
The bills get paid and your lifestyle has come a long way, and there's still never enough surplus to fund the bigger thing you set out to build.

The business keeps needing you for everything.
Stepping back stays hard, and a real break stays out of reach, because nothing runs without you in the middle of it.

The bigger the business gets, the heavier it feels, because every call is made on a bank balance instead of the numbers that actually predict what's coming.
